The Prothin (ProTrim) Program includes 7 one-a-day nutritional packets. Each daily packet contains a scientifically formulated and tested set of nutrients, antioxidants, and a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals that are designed to assist in maintaining good health, reducing hunger, stopping cravings, helping to metabolize carbohydrates and fat, and increasing energy levels while losing weight.

Head Hunger: L-Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid that is converted to norepinephrine, which plays an important role as a neurotransmitter. These neurotransmitters provide feelings of joy, ambition, alertness, and can reduce hunger. Phenylalanine usually takes several hours to be converted to norepinephrine in the brain, so the first effects may not be noticeable for some time.

Stomach Hunger: Quick-Fill Capsules. A weight loss aid that contains vitamins, minerals, and a bulking agent to create a feeling of fullness and help curb the appetite. Chromium, an essential trace mineral, has been added to this combination to aid in the metabolism of sugar and other carbohydrates.

Energy Tablet: Korean ginseng rejuvenates, restores vigor, soothes the intestinal tract, and purifies the blood.  Guarana gives high energy and elevates mood. Potassium Gluconate helps regulate water balance in the body. Bee pollen is a natural source of energy and is considered the most complete energy food. Niacin, part of the B-Complex vitamins, assists in metabolizing carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Folic acid also assists in the breakdown of carbohydrates and fats.

Nutritional Support: Cal Mag Calcium supports healthy bones and teeth, heart function, nerve transmission, and cellular energy production. Studies have found that calcium intake is inversely related to the prevalence of obesity. Increased calcium intake stimulates lipolysis (fat breakdown) and inhibits lipogenesis (fat storage). Magnesium is an essential macromineral that increases the effectiveness of calcium, yet on its own is a catalyst for food metabolism and the release of energy.
